Pricing questions
Is ad spend included?
No. Management fees cover our work only. You pay Google directly, which keeps billing transparent and the account fully in your ownership.
Is there a minimum contract?
Retainers are month to month with 30 days' notice. Project work is fixed-scope and fixed-price.
What if we need to pause?
You can pause a retainer once per 12 months for up to 60 days without losing your rate.
Do you offer performance-based pricing?
For qualifying accounts we can add a performance bonus on top of a reduced base fee, agreed against a documented baseline. We do not offer pure commission models, because they encourage short-term tactics.
Which currencies and taxes apply?
Invoices are issued in EUR, excluding VAT. French and EU VAT rules apply; valid EU VAT numbers are reverse-charged.
