How AdsKits Co. collects, uses, shares and protects personal data, and how you can exercise your rights under the GDPR.

1. Who we are
AdsKits Co. ("AdsKits", "we", "us") operates this website and provides SEO and digital marketing services. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, AdsKits Co. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data or data relating to children under 16.
3. Why we use it and our legal bases
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes — performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To deliver and administer our services — contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Analytics and advertising cookies — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy Directive). You may withdraw consent at any time via cookie settings.
- Security, fraud prevention and service improvement — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights.
- Accounting, tax and legal obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Marketing emails — consent, or legitimate interest for existing clients regarding similar services, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
4. Cookies and tracking
We set only strictly necessary cookies before you make a choice. Analytics and advertising technologies — including Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing — load only after you opt in. We implement Google Consent Mode v2, so consent signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage) are transmitted to Google on every page. 5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with processors and partners that support our operations, under written data-processing agreements:
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager (consent-based).
- Hosting and CDN provider — site delivery and security logs.
- Email and CRM provider — handling your enquiry and client communication.
- Accounting and payment providers — invoicing for clients.
- Authorities — where legally required.
We never sell your personal data or share it for independent third-party advertising.
6. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, and supplementary technical measures such as IP truncation and encryption in transit.

8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Where automated decision-making is used, you may request human review — we do not currently carry out such decision-making.
To exercise a right, email contact@adkits.co. We respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in France this is the CNIL.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. You may request disclosure or deletion using the same contact details.
9. Security
We apply HTTPS/TLS everywhere, least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication on all client accounts, encrypted storage, regular backups and staff confidentiality obligations. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected individuals and the supervisory authority of qualifying breaches within 72 hours.
10. Third-party links
Our site links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; review their policies separately.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. Material changes are announced on this page with a new "last updated" date, and where required we will request renewed consent.
